About this project:
Tan Holdings/Tan Siu Lin Foundation adopted the Gov. Froilan C. Tenorio Beach Road Pathway, a well-used path for walking, running, and biking. This project was one of the first PPP projects in Saipan completed in 2020. The partners and their volunteers fixed and replaced the broken and missing railings and benches and cleaned and painted the entire length of the pathway. In addition, the Office of Grants Management, under Governor Torres, received grants to replace the lighting along the completed pathway.
