About this project:
Ladder Beach is located in Obyan in Southern Saipan. It is well known for its uncrowded beach and relaxing vibes. CTSI Logistics adopted, cleaned and assessed the site and proposed to repair and repaint the staircase and railings. In addition, CTSI Logistics would like to improve this tire as follows: 1) build BBQ pits, 2) install trash bins on the beach and at the cave area, 3) trim vegetation to expose the view, 4) install lighting fixtures to improve safety at night, and 5) build a nice viewing deck where beachgoers can sit and watch the sunset, which may open the location to a concessionaire, who can can operate a coffee shop.
