Rota Mayor Efraim M. Atalig and the Office of House Minority - CNMI House of Representatives - 22nd Northern Marianas Commonwealth Legislature represented by Minority Leader Rep. Ivan Blanco, Vice Speaker BJ Attao, Floor Leader Ralph Yumul, Rep. John Paul P. Sablan, Rep. Lee Pan Guerrero, Rep. Angel Demapan, Rep. Joseph Flores, Rep. Joel Camacho, Rep. Roy Ada, and Rep. Patrick San Nicolas, their staff and volunteers partnered together to the host this special PPP event that also commemorated the GCEA's 1st Anniversary. Gov. Ralph DLG. Torres and members of the CNMI Senate joined in the event that updated the Sinapalu Basketball Court and the Youth Center. The court was cleaned and painted, and new lines were painted on the court. The bleachers were cleaned and repainted. The Youth Center received a new coat of paint plus beautiful murals were painted to adorn the center. The partners will continue the improvements to the basketball court, and plans are in place to replace the basketball backboard and install a fence.
